ascii2shpGUI is a standalone userinterface for the commandline exe ascii2shp of Jason J. Roberts.
It creates point-shapes out of ascii-coordinate-files.
It also provides a batch-conversion for equal ascii-files.
You DON'T need ArcGIS for this programm.
